A food brand with strong social demand was still selling through DMs — no catalog, no checkout, no ops panel. Shipped a full commerce stack: storefront, cart, Razorpay payments with webhooks, guest checkout, and a protected admin panel — self-hosted on Hetzner via Coolify.

Most image compressors upload files to a server — unnecessary friction and a privacy cost for a simple job. Built a browser-based compressor (JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF) with batch processing and before/after preview. Files never leave the device.

I’m Charan, a full-stack developer based in Hyderabad. Through independent freelance work at Psydevx, I’ve shipped for clients and startups — turning early ideas into products people can actually use.
